Rates 2008
Property Search Engagement Fee - £250
On receipt of the questionnaire, you will be contacted to discuss your preferred method of payment. The engagement fee is payable on submission of the questionnaire.
i-drive4u Package - Quote provided
This service offers you the chance to relax and concentrate on the business of viewing your chosen portfolio of properties. From the moment we meet you at the airport until your return flight home, the i-drive4u tailor-made package alleviates the need for car rental or the time consuming search for accommodation, as well as showing you local areas of interest and natural beauty whilst travelling between appointments. Picnics can be arranged, restaurants recommended, or we can simply drop you off within a local village or town for you to explore at your leisure. Please contact us if this service is of interest to you, and we will provide you with an accurate quote based on the duration of your stay.
Additional Services - 15 euros/ph
Requests for individual services are charged at an hourly rate.
Our accommodation booking service is supplied Free of Charge to all clients who engage our Property Search services.
Method of Payment
The Property Search Engagement Fee is payable either by cheque, or direct bank transfer in Pounds, payable on submission of the questionnaire - Account details will be provided upon application.
The i-drive4u Package is payable in advance of your arrival and upon receipt of our invoice either by cheque, or direct bank transfer in Pounds - Account details will be provided upon application. Please allow sufficient time for the funds to clear before your arrival in France.
Additional services are payable in Euros locally. An invoice detailing the services used and chargeable hours, will be supplied to you at the end of your visit and will be payable prior to your departure.
