Property Search - An invaluable service for people thinking of buying a house in the Lot et Garonne region of France, be it a holiday home, a principal residence or a property with investment potential. Guidance on the buying process and relocation advice is also offered.

Simply tell us your chosen location, type of property and budget via the Questionnaire option, and upon receipt of the engagement fee (please see our Terms option for details); we will begin our search for properties that match as closely as possible to your requirements.

All details of the property, photos and information on the location will be sent to you via email for speed and convenience. When we have located a number of properties that you would like to view, with your approval, and armed with your arrival dates, we will make all the necessary appointments with the French estate agents. We would recommend that you view no more than three properties per day, allowing yourselves time to view each property at leisure, taking in as much information as possible. We will supply you with a detail sheet for each of the properties that you view, so that you can fill in any additional thoughts as they present themselves, thus enabling you to recall the property at a later date. As an additional service, we can accompany you on any viewing. This may help with any necessary translation of key information and answer any questions that may arise at the time of the viewing. Feel safe in the knowledge that we will be on hand at all times during your visit for any queries or guidance you may require.

When booking your trip, please also allow time to travel around the area and familiarise yourself with what could become your new home.

Airport Collection & Accommodation Booking Service - If you plan to fly to France, we are able to provide a collection service from either Bordeaux or Bergerac Airport. There are a number of Airlines that fly from the UK to either of these Airports, details of which can be found in the Links section, along with Car Hire Agents should you prefer to remain independent. If you would like us to book accommodation on your behalf, we have a wonderful selection of Gites or Bed and Breakfast establishments that we can recommend and meet our high standards and expectations.

'Home Care' Property Management - If you have purchased a holiday home in France, we can help manage the property for you in your absence. We provide a ‘Home Care’ package which may consist of any or all of the following services:
